Whether you’re celebrating a wedding, a reunion of family and friends, or some other special event, SunRay Shire is a setting like no other.
A variety of accommodations can be reserved for over night stays as either a single space or part of a group of accommodations to host your celebration for 1 to 30 guests.
Day time events from weddings and receptions to fund raisers may reserve just the grounds including the apple orchard, pond side fire pit, outdoor kitchen and yoga platform.

The SunRay Shire Story

SunRay Shire is the family homestead of SunRay Kelley, hailed by The New York Times as the “Master Builder of the Counterculture,” and The Economist as a “Wizard in the Woods.” 
SunRay and his partner, Bonnie Howard have lived and built together for the last 20 years. Their work and homes have appeared on HGTV, NatGeo, DIY, MTV Cribs Extreme, Animal Planet, and The Discovery Channel. The work has also been featured in the New York Times, Dwell, and Lloyd Kahn’s books Builders of the Pacific Coast, and Tiny Homes On Wheels.
